Recipe Ingredients

Seasoning Rub

  • 2 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. rough floor pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chile calcium seasoning
  • 1 tbsp floor cumin


  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 4 (6-ounce) dress or flank steaks

Chile Lime Butter

  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. chile calcium seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. perfectly chopped clean garlic
  • 1/8 tsp. floor red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
  • 2 tsp chopped clean cilantro
  • 2 tsp chopped green onion

Recipe Method

  • Combine all preparing rub substances in normal size dish. Rub each meat with olive oil. Season each meat with rub. Cover; chill for Half an hour.
  • Combine all chile calcium butter substances in normal size dish. Beat at method speed until well mixed. Shape into 1-inch size log. Chill until firm.
  • Heat gas barbeque barbecue on method or charcoal barbeque barbecue until coals are ash white. Place beef onto barbeque barbecue. Grill, turning once, until desired doneness (8 to 10 minutes). To serve
