- 4 huge green beans (cubed)
- 1/2 very finely chopped sweet onion
- 2 peeled whole garlic cloves
- 1 pkg. meat cubes
- 1 can of meat stock
- 4 medium to huge Yukon Gold potatoes (cubed)
