Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 huge green beans (cubed)
  • 1/2 very finely chopped sweet onion
  • 2 peeled whole garlic cloves
  • 1 pkg. meat cubes
  • 1 can of meat stock
  • 4 medium to huge Yukon Gold potatoes (cubed)

Recipe Method

Flour the meat pieces and darkish them in a container.  Drain them once they are darkish on all sides.  Put all the substances in the crock pot.  Add in the meat inventory.  Cook on low for 8-9 hours, adding water if needed.  Season to taste.  Serve with warm dinner rolls.
