Recipe Ingredients

  •   1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  •      1 egg
  •    1 red onion, chopped
  •     1 cup milk
  •    1 cup dry breads crumbs
  • salt and spice up to taste
  •   2 tbsps darkish sugar
  •    2 tbsps prepared mustard
  •   1/3 cup ketchup

Recipe Method

  •  Preheat range to 350 levels F (175 levels C).
  •   In a large dish, merge the meat, egg, red onion, dairy and breads OR party cracker food crumbs. Season with spice up and sodium to flavor    and position in a gently oiled 5×9 inches lf pan, OR form into a lf and position in a gently oiled 9×13 inches cooking dish.
  •  In a individual normal size dish, merge the darkish glucose, mustard and catsup. Mix well and add over the meatloaf.
  •  Bake at 350 levels F (175 levels C) for 1 hour.
  • Meat Loaf is prepared to serve.
