- 100g Enoki Weeds, trimmed
- 3 Tablespoons Japoneses Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Mirin
- 1 Tablespoons Food preparation Oil
- Toothpicks or little skewers
- 8 very finely pieces of Meat (sirloin)
