Recipe Ingredients

•    1  28-ounce can diced tomato vegetables, undrained
•    1  10-ounce can chopped tomato vegetables and natural chile lovely peppers, undrained
•    2  cups vegetable juice or tomato juice
•    1  to 2 tablespoons chili powder
•    1  teaspoon  ground cumin
•    1  teaspoon  dried oregano, crushed
•    3  cloves garlic, minced
•    1-1/2  pounds beef or chicken stew various meats, cut into 1-inch cubes
•    2  cups chopped onion
•    1-1/2  cups chopped celery
•    1  cup chopped natural lovely pepper
•    2  15-ounce cans black legumes, renal legumes, and/or garbanzo legumes (chickpeas), washed and drained
•     Toppers such as destroyed cheddar milk products, milk bad lotion, snipped clean cilantro, and/or rough perfect olives (optional)

Recipe Method

  •  In a 6-quart crock pot, merge both containers of undrained tomato vegetables, the veggie juice, soup dust, cumin, oregano, and legumes. Mix in the     various meats, red onion, oatmeal, and lovely spice up.
  • Cover and prepare on low-heat establishing for 8 to 10 time or on high-heat establishing for 4 to 5 time.
  • If using low-heat establishing, turn to high-heat establishing. Mix in the legumes. Protect and prepare for 15 minutes more. Scoop into containers. If desired, serve with covers. Makes 10 servings
