Beef Sirloin Steak with Mushroom Ragout recipe
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 4 Meat Sirloin Steaks
- 1 tblsp butter
- 500g combined weeds, chopped – oyster, shitake and europe brown colours are a awesome combination
